Blurry snapshots at night and preroll

Question

I have many cameras and only the Floodlight Wired Pro creates a blurry view of all snapshots at night only as well as blurry prerolls in the beginning of all night videos. I’ve seen many posts of the same problem and nobody seems to have a solution and Ring apparently doesn’t want to address and fix this issue. Ring Support, if you’re following this topic, please fix this issue before it places a black mark on your Ring products. Thanks

This sounds very similar to my issue. As soon as it gets dark, my flood ring goes blurry. It almost looks as if the camera is trying to focus on th glass covering the lense . Intermittently throughout the night, it goes crystal clear. When dawn comes, everything is back to normal. My last Tech call said it was the Wi-Fi. Doesn’t make any sense. Any help ??
