Black dashboard thumbnails
The live tiles on my dashboard go black when I turn off motion alerts and motion recording. Live view works when I click on a specific one, but I’d like to see them all at once on my dashboard to watch my dogs, but without recording. Is this possible? Thank you,

Hi @Dkb1. When you have motion detection and recording disabled, the preview tiles on the Dashboard will be black. You'd need to have motion detection and recording enabled in order for the Camera preview tiles to update, as there is nothing for it to be updated with otherwise. With that said, there is not currently a way to enable Live View for multiple Ring devices at once, but feel free to add this suggestion to the [Feature Request](https://community.ring.com/t5/Feature-Request-Board/idb-p/Feature_Request_Board) board. This will help us to organize and share your requests with our teams here, as well as allow other neighbors to comment and add interest, all in one place. Feel free to link that post you make in the Feature Request board here so other neighbors that come to this thread can easily find your feature! :)
