Battery not charging!

I have received a notification that , it time to charge your battery for my spot light camera. My camera already connected to solar Ring panel which always 100 charging even I charge the same battery using electricity still the battery not charging. I called the Rimg customer service in my country 2times explaining the issue but unfortunately no positive help and feedback??!! 🥲🥲😔😔😔😞😞 unhappy at all even I’m having Membership Plus + I’m having 7 devices from Ring very sad and totally shocked about the service. Seeking a help for battery replacement as part of membership Plus agreement.
