1st gen stick up cam is not charging

My 1st gen stick up cam was purchased 5 years ago and I have always connected it via USB cable. Two weeks ago, I accidentally unplugged it and the camera became offline and the Ring app says the battery is at 3%. I charged it overnight and when that didn't charge the camera, I moved the camera to use a different USB cable on a different outlet, but that also did nothing to charge the camera. I pressed the orange button in the back of the camera a number of times for over 20 seconds to try to reset / reconnect it, but that did not do anything. The light in the back is glowing but not blinking. In the front of the camera, under the lense and to the left, I see a sliver of light (also not flashing). Can anyone let me know what is wrong with the camera? It is as if the camera became broken by just being disconnected. Thank you.

Hi @ATMV. It sounds like you've done all of the basic troubleshooting. Since it doesn't appear to have made any difference in the camera working, I'd suggest reaching out to our support team to see if there is any additional troubleshooting steps that can be done. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support.
