How can you have a security camera that times out after 10 minutes, it’s utterly ridiculous.Sort it out ring!

The Ring solution and subscription model is based on motion triggers and it’s does not currently offer a cctv type feature. The Wired models will however recognise a new or ongoing motion trigger and start an new video if there is still movement within a few seconds of the last ending.The 10 minute limit is on user initiated Liveviews where there is a hard stop. There is potentially a 24/7 recording offering in the works, but there has been no confirmation if and when it will be offered as an upgraded service.
