Why cant i subscribe to protect basic plan?

i have a wireless ring doorbell camera and my yearly subscription is up. when i logged into ring.com to resubscribe to the ring basic protection plan it does not give me the option. the only option it allows me to subscribe to is the protect pro option, which is $20 a month. its too expensive. how can i resolve this issue?

Hi @user42877. Your plan should automatically renew each year using the payment method on file, unless you cancel your plan. If you did cancel your subscription, you should see the Ring Protect Basic plan as an option.
