Upgrading 2 devices to standard plan

I have two ring devices, each with its own basic plan. If I upgrade one of those devices to a standard plan, will it automatically cancel both basic plans and attach both to the new standard plan?

Hi @user75769. Yes, when you upgrade to the Standard plan, any Basic plans at that location should be automatically canceled. You'll receive a prorated refund for the unused time remaining. If for any reason you see that one of the Basic plans was not canceled, you can cancel it by following the steps listed here.
