Subscription charge

After so many years of RING!!!! being in business, how come Ring hasn’t added their name to their subscription charge Instead of Just putting random letters and random numbers For exampleKLVRPJYGNMXXXXX56191. $49.99This is exactly what I saw when I checked my bank account Some random charge. Don’t you think it would be great idea to put your name on the charge like ring subscription or RING!!!!! I called my bank today to put my account on hold because I didn’t know where the charge of $49.99 came from!! I think everybody would like if you would fix that problem.
