Stop pop ups!!!!

As other customers have mentioned, I also already have a paid plan with Ring. Then after we got a new camera, it says we have a free trial and we have to keep watching pop-ups asking if we want to keep premium after the trial ends. The funny part is, when I click on the pop-up, it says we aren’t eligible! But it is counting down the 15 days 14 days 13 days, etc. regardless! We are already paying previous to getting the extra cameras so we aren’t getting anything free. Please stop these pop-ups because they are annoying! I’m ready to switch companies.
