troubleshooting
is anyone else having issues signing onto ring.com with a browser? It asks you to verify if you're a human, and shows you childish images of a bat that don't look like a bat. After I click 5 images, then I get the 2 step verification page, when I type the code sent to through a text. Then I have to go through those stupid images AGAIN? Seriously Ring?

Hi @jimmbo2001. Are you still unable to log in to Ring.com after completing these steps? If so, try clearing your cache and cookies, or trying a different browser. Let me know if that helps!
