Repeatedly Receive "Last day of trial!" Notification
The Ring app repeatedly displays the "Last day of trial!" notification. I have a current Home Standard plan. How can it be disabled? The phone is an iPhone 6s. The same message also appears on my iPad The Ring app version is 5.79.0 on iPhone and 5.78.1 on iPad. The message has been appearing for more than a week. This is the second message about this. Tom_Ring mistakenly replied: After researching this, I've discovered that this is a new change. We are continually releasing new features and functionality based on customer feedback. The “Unseen Events Counter” was recently updated. Your feedback will be shared with our product team. I've forwarded your sentiment to the appropriate team.

Not only did I get the annoying Ring trial plan ending notification every day when I added a new device, although I have a plan...I am now getting a notification every day that my Ring plan trial ends tomorrow, every day for the past 3 days. The trial for new device has ended why am I getting this annoying notification and how do I make it stop? My app has been telling me I'm going to lose premium features tomorrow for over a week now. I verified with customer service that my plan is current until next year.

I recently added a Ring indoor camera to our Home Standard plan/ The camera came with a one-month free trial. For several weeks now, I am enjoying an orange popup bar at the bottom of the screen telling me that this is the last day of my trial. I contacted Ring support a while back and they said the message should go away once the one-month trial period is over. That was several weeks ago. The popup is still there. Not a big deal but annoying. And certainly not a confidence builder for the quality of Ring's software products. Anyone else having the same issue?Btw, a classy company would extend the paid subscription by a month to account for the free trial.
