Refund of Protect plan cancellation
I canceled one of the protect plans around 10 days ago but have not received a refund as the payment method on my account got expired. I got to know this when I was checking the refund status on my Ring account. However I have now updated the payment method but have still not received the refund I called support but they were not able to provide a satisfactory answer. I am hoping someone in the community may be able to advise please. Thanks.
