Connec Ring Mailbox sensor

Mailbox sensor became offline. Removed device and trying to reconnect. In the app, I attempt to add device, get to a list, starting with Alexa Echo and including Ring Bridge and Ring Alarm Pro. I select Ring Alarm Pro - Pro is not added to eero, replace my wifi network and get Connect to eero. All I want is to connect to my Ring Base. what am I missing?
