Cannot subscribe to a plan
troubleshooting
When I try to subscribe to any plan via their website, the help chat, etc it just will not let me subscribe. It says "unacceptable" or "that doesn't ring a bell". I've tried so many different ways. I don't understand. How can I get a plan now that the trial is over?

Hi @user_98366b. You can subscribe to a Ring plan by following these steps. Make sure you're logged into your account on Ring.com, and you're using an updated web browser. The accepted payment methods for a Ring plan are a credit or debit card.
