Hi @Ronaldo22. With the [Ring Protect plan](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001671383-General-Information-on-Ring-Protect-Subscription-Plans), recorded events are saved for 60 days unless you save them to view past that time. If 60 days has already passed and you didn't save the video you're looking for, you won't be able to go back and get the video as it will have been deleted. I hope this helps clear things up.
