Basic subscription
Hi - I have just one ring camera and pay for a home basic subscription. It was just renewed and then my daughter transferred ownership of the cameras over to me as she moved out of the house. I now have no access to the subscription even though it was paid with my credit card and under my email. Is there anything I can do to transfer the subscription. If I have to pay again, how do I know that I won’t get charged twice in 12 months time as the original subscription hasn’t been cancelled? All we did was transfer ownership

Hi @user_5de8a6. For this, since you've already transferred ownership of the device, the best option would be to cancel the old plan and receive a pro-rated refund on the plan. Once all of the devices are on the same account and the same location, you can upgrade your existing plan to cover all devices.
