Adding new devices to existing account subscription
I already have subscription for my ring doorbell and recently purchased an outdoor camera. How can I add this to my subscription ?

I had Ring Basic for my doorbell. I added cameras and upgraded to Ring Protect Plus which should cover the doorbell and cameras. Why am I continuing to be charged for the Basic Plan after I canceled it?

UI have the plus plan and added cameras and it still shows they aren’t covered. How can I get them covered?

Hi @user57126. If your existing subscription is the Ring Protect Basic plan, it will only cover your Ring Doorbell, and you will need to [purchase a second Ring Protect Basic plan](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030333671-How-to-Subscribe-to-a-Ring-Protect-Plan) for the Ring Camera. If you have the Ring Protect Plus plan, this will automatically cover all Ring Doorbells and Cameras at the same Location. I hope this information helps! :)
