Ring cameras stop recording for an exact hour or exact few hours

I’ve got few ring cameras - floodlight, spotlight wired, spotlight battery, battery doorbell.  Most nights, few cameras stop recording or taking screenshots for some time. The interesting thing is that when the issue occurs for example at 10.21pm, it starts working again at 11.21pm or later in the morning for example at 1.21am but the minutes are the exact match. It’s always multiples of 60 minutes. Not all cameras stop working at the same time, just randomly spotlight or floodlight. I don’t have anything scheduled on those cameras, the timing of failure is not always the same. I noticed one night it failed at 2.30am and started working at 6.30am. Another failed at 1.43am and started working at 3.43am. when I catch the failure when it happens and try to go to live view - it works fine. After that the screenshots between the failure start and the live view suddenly appear on the timeline. Then when I check again, those screenshots disappear randomly. I don’t have anything scheduled on my router (updates or reboots). Usually at the time of the failure I use internet anyway without any issues and few other cameras don’t suffer with any problems. Nothing in router logs about connection failure as well.  I use ring app on multiple devices and also checked in the browser.  has anybody noticed similar issue and managed to resolve it? so far I tried: devices restarts device health section - no issues found check of schedule - nothing check of router logs -nothing  connection strength check - it’s ok for all cameras, cameras further from the router don’t fail Broadband is good enough- 800Mb/s
