My floodlight camera isn't resetting properly. When I try to reset it, the floodlights turn on and the front light blinks three times before everything shuts off and the process repeats. How can I fix this issue? ring floodlight cam wired pro. Tried push the top button for 20sec. switch power on/of several times, nothing to help

Hi @user_e41b7c. What is the reason for resetting the Floodlight? What is the RSSI for the Floodlight? This can be found in the Device Health menu of the Ring app, where you can also reboot the device.
