“Tap to learn more.” Samsung S21. I get the above messages every time I open the Ring app. My phone Settings show the phone is Online, so maybe the mobile device in the title isn’t my phone. All devices seem to work. Tapping on “Tap to earn more” results in nothing. what mobile device is Offline? How do I get it back? I’m trying to find Global Snooze which has disappeared.

Hi @requiredusername. Can you please share a screenshot of the error message you are getting? This will help me look into your concern. Also, what Ring app version are you using? This information can be found right under the option “Help” after pressing the hamburger menu on the top right corner of the Ring app.

Same problem: " Your mobile device is offline". It wasn’t. Uninstall and reinstall fixed it.
