i am unable to watch any recorded videos using the Apps?I have tried on 2 phones and on the PC. to make sure it is not the network i have tried both phones using their data plan which are on different networks.The app works on all 3 devices to watch live videos on demand and also when a notification pops up so there is no issue with connecting to the app?all videos just go through a buffer issue where is will only play 1 or 2 seconds of the video then stop for 30 seconds?Any ideas?TIA
