Vehicle Detection
I am setting up my smart alerts and see that Vehicle recording and motion is not available. It says "Vehicle Detection is unavailable. The device is enrolled in Virtual Security Guard, which does not allow the feature. Vehicle motion will not be detected as general motion." I don't know exactly what that means. I called and was told to "disable smart alerts" I did this and still unable to get the alerts. She also mentioned something about "Birds eye" not sure what that means but I don't have that on my ring. Can someone help me with this? I have the ring alarm; can that have something to do with Virtual Security?
