Trying to share access of Ring car cam

I am trying to provide access to my new Ring Car Cam to my husband. I have already shared access but can’t add the car cam to his app.

If you are following the steps listed in this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005235186-Controlling-Ring-Devices-With-Users-and-Roles), he should be able to accept the invitation and have the Ring Car Cam show up in his Ring app. What phones are being used and what version of the Ring app?
