I have a Samsung A51 phone. I have just within the past 5 days started getting the error message when I try to click on the live view when using cellular data. The live view works just fine when I'm home and connected to my wifi but does NOT work if I turn the wifi off. I have current versions of all software for phone and Ring. I have tried rebooting & reinstalling the phone, app, and doorbell. I cannot identify anything that has changed in these past 5 days that would have caused this. We've had the Ring since Christmas and I've never had any problems with it. Please help! I've searched many articles, but everyone else seems to be having trouble with the wifi piece.
