Sound notification from Ring app when iPhone is on silent mode
Hi everyone, I would like to receive a sound notification on my iPhone Ring app when someone is using my ring doorbell. The tricky part: I want this sound notification when when my iPhone is on silent (don't want to hear other sounds). How can I configure this? Thanks!

Any idea why my critical alerts are no longer audible when my iPhone is on silent for my floodlight camera? It suddenly stopped working a week ago after it worked fine before then. I did not change any settings. I really hopes it's not because I didn't pay for the premium protection plan.

CHi @user_7366c5. Currently, Critical Alerts are only available for the following alerts: Ring Alarm Alarming, Low Temp Detected, and Water Detected. If you do not have a Ring Alarm Security system, you will not see the option for Critical Alerts. The Priority Alerts feature, which applies to Ring Doorbells and Security Cameras, is only available on iOS. Priority Alerts also requires a Ring Protect Plus or Pro subscription to use.

Hi @rnld. Try going into your iPhone settings and selecting notifications. From there, find the Ring app and Allow Critical Alerts. This will allow critical alerts to appear on the lock screen and play a sound even if do not disturb is on or the iPhone is muted. I hope this helps!
