Ring decides now to block Neighbors if you are using a VPN

That is what is happening now. Never had a vpn issue until the last patch. If my vpn is running, no neighbor option. It is time to leave ring. They don't deserve our business.I've been running a vpn for 3 years without any issues until the last patch.

Hi @user_1a6c73. The Ring app, including the Neighbors app, is not compatible with the use of a VPN. You can read more about the Ring app and VPNs here.
