Ring Camera App will not install onto new Samsung i23 Ultra - compatibility?

I have a brand new Samsung i23 Ultra Android and the Play Store reports 'This app won't work for your device.'  I also cannot directly down the app to install manually.  Any help?

Hi @user_063707. Make sure you are installing the Ring - Always Home app and not any sort of third party app. Check if your phone's software needs to be updated. If you have a VPN installed on your phone, try turning it off before attempting to download the Ring app. The Ring app is not compatible with the use of a VPN, so that could be causing issues.
