Ring App data size?

Greetings, My ring App data size is at 22gb. I have the app set to external storage but this data is not there. My external storage is only at 10gb. Where is this data located on Android? I have cleared all my alerts/videos within app, but data size persists.

    Attached are screenshots of the Storage size of Ring App. This indicates 22GB on external storage.

      These screenshots indicate that SD card/external storage only has 5.7GB of space used. It appears that the Ring App is storing all 22GB in internal even though it is set for external.

    Hello I have the same issue. My iPhone app has 2.9 GB used in the ring app. How do I see what data is stored locally on my iPhone so I can delete it. I need to free up this storage.
