Rich notifications not working

Since yesterday my “rich notifications” (thumbnail image in my iphone notification and being able to see preview when I hold down on the notification) has stopped working. I looked in my device setting on the app and there is no option to toggle rich notifications on/off.

Hi @user76832. Have you canceled your Ring Protect plan, or has the payment lapsed? A Ring Protect plan is required to use Rich Notifications. If you do have a Ring Protect plan, but Rich Notifications still aren’t working, there are a few troubleshooting steps here based on which operating system your phone is. Lastly, make sure your Ring app is fully updated to the latest version available from the app store.
