Hey everyone, I decided to upgrade to the Ring Premium Subscription as I wanted to use the 24/7 recording feature of the cameras I have that can do this.  However, when I go into the app, it shows that I do indeed have a Premium subscription, but if I go to the settings for an eligible camera and click on 24/7 I get a pop up saying I need to upgrade.  There is also a little box that says Feature Locked.  Also, smart video search also has a box saying it is Feature Locked. I did call the support line, they had me sign out of the app and sign back in (already had done this once already) and no change.  Then they had me delete the app and reinstall it.  No change.  On my ring.com dashboard, it also says I have premium. So at the end of the call, she wanted me to factory reset the cameras.  It was 11pm and pouring down rain...so I wasn't about to go out and climb around the cameras to reset them.  Logic also says that it isn't a camera issue, it appears to be a system issue. Has anyone else had this problem?  How did you resolve it?  I am not thinking tech support is going to be much help.

Hi @amtrak8. Some of these features are on a slow-rollout. This means that they are being made available in batches, as to ensure their functionality on release. If they are not working for you right now, they should be working shortly. Thank you for your patience while we work to deliver the best results for you.

So, if these things are not available yet, why isn't that indicated?  I wouldn't have spent an extra $100 to have the same level of current service. I am noticing that there are several issues with Rings platform, like multiview doesn't work and now the two items I mentioned above. The one thing I noticed from the reply is it was never said if these are or are not available now - it was answered in a general method.

Same issue here, but I've held a subscription for awhile. I'm okay waiting a bit, but people aren't liking the way ring is going. Professional monitoring as an extra paywall, cameras suddenly being able to use a higher resolution if you pay for it. They need to tread lightly. People may have whole ecosystems, but they will still drop ring and start over if they keep going the way they're going.
