Hello my ring app used to say there is someone at the door,but it does not say that anymore does anyone know how to fix this please? Thank you.

    Hi @geordiejohn50. What type of phone do you have, and what version of the Ring app is installed? Have you tested to see if any other App Alert Tones work on your device? When did this stop working? Thanks for this information, neighbor.
