Neighbors iOS: failures when going into an event

For a while now, if I tap an event to look at the comments, a number of things stop working. Videos do not play (just black screen with the play icon). If you do not go into a report (meaning just at the main screen), videos do play, but they cannot be made full screen.And more often than not, when going into an event and trying to watch a video (which like I said won't play), the app will quit.Deleting and re-installing the app have no effect. It's been like this for a while now (months).
