Hi @Andy-Cz. I'd recommend checking the Geofence settings to make sure you have Arm and Disarm Reminders turned on. Also, you will only receive an Arm or Disarm Reminder if the Mode is not already Home or Away (when exiting the geofence) or Disarmed (when re-entering the geofence). We have some additional troubleshooting steps here as well. I hope this helps!
