getting notifications of activity, but no history

Question we are deploying a ring at the work office that has network firewalls setup to protect corporate. I setup the ring and i have notifications enabled and i get the alerts for motion of the notifications. but when i go the history ( Iphone app or the pc windows app) there are not events listed. recorded subscription has expired but looking at features this should only effect recorded sessions. live and events should still work fine. on the work firewall don;t see any denies.. anyone else run into similar issue?
