If you are using an IOS mobile device, the delete all option can be found in the Event History section of the Ring app. Please log in and visit your desired Ring device in the Ring app. Tapping the gear icon in the preview image on the Ring app dashboard will bring you directly to the device page. Then, tap on the Event History. There should be an "Edit" option on this page, and upon tapping it a Delete All option will appear at the bottom right corner of the page. I hope this helps! :)
