Because it's been said on the community many times and can be seen on Google search. The latest update to the iPhone app broke it. They need to patch it. Rapid Ring app still functions. No time frame as to when new update will go out. That's all there is. Just have to wait or use the Rapid Ring app.

My firmware version is still 5.21.0 and says up to date but I still don’t have zoom function in live view. How did you guys force your app to update the version?
