Arm/disarm reminders disabled (grayed out)
Hi, I have subscribed to basic plan for ring and I want to use the geofence reminders for arm/disarm are still grayed out and the app is telling me, that I need to subscribe to a plan. Do any of you have any idea what I am doing wrong? Thank you, Regards Jeran

Hi @Jeran170. Being subscribed to the Ring Protect plan should allow you to access the Modes settings, and utilize the Geofence feature. Since this option is inaccessible, please follow up with our support team at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). A member of our support team may ask for a screenshot of what you see in the Ring app, which will help them investigate this issue. Hi community, I have a valid Basic Plan with Ring and I want to use the reminders to arm/disarm my home. However, in the app this options is grayed out and the app is telling, that I need an active plan. But I have one... Do you have any idea, what I am doing wrong? Thank you for any tips!
