video picture blurry
troubleshooting

Hi I bought another security indoor cam 2nd gen and the video picture is blurry the only time I get a clear view is when the lights are turned off in the room, the view that I get as soon as the camera was installed are lines on the picture with a blurry effect not focusing . I bought two cameras at the same time and the both are doing the same ......... any help with this please?

    Hi @user_92c429. Do you care to share a screenshot of the view the camera is seeing? Have you taken the protective film off of the lens? What is the RSSI for the device?

      Its a 2nd gen it comes with the privacy cover ....the RSSI is 56

      @user_92c429. The signal strength is good. I recommend trying to reboot the Cameras using the Ring app to see if it helps. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
