Verbal password screen asks for new password even if it's set?

New user here. When I go to the verbal password screen, it looks like it's asking me to set up the verbal password even if I've already set it up. No indication one is already set up. In the help articles I read that there's a three dot menu in the corner where your can select to reset it but there is only a greyed out save button. It lets me type in a new password.Does this mean my verbal password hasn't been saved? Or is this just how it looks every time you go to the screen?Thanks!
