Sensor won’t connect
Cannot connect sensor keeps telling me to pull tab but it’s already out removed battery and gives one blue flash

I'm having this exact problem I've took the battery out held the button and waited for lights etc nothing I keep getting the odd blue light flash or a red but nothing keeps saying to remove tab I've removed the device and tried re adding about 20 times I give up

Hi @Bad. In this case, you can remove and reinsert the batteries when it tells you to pull out the tab. You can also perform a factory reset on the sensor when it asks you this. Doing either of these will allow the device to communicate with the Base Station. Let me know if this helps!
