Ring Keypad (2nd Gen)

Could not remember the keypad PIN number so did a factory reset by placing a paper clip in the pinhole on the back of the device and held for ten seconds. Now the keypad will not power back on. I have unplugged it and plugged it back in near the base station but it’s not working at all. The battery light will not even turn on showing it plugged in. I have tried two chargers and nothing. What can I do?
