Ring intercom e URMET 1130/3D

Hello. I connected my ring as described by app A6-7 A5-9 A3-2 A2-1 A1-6 The test procedure is not completed. I move A6 out of 8 I complete the test but the sound of the intercom arrives on the app but I don't open the door. How can I fix it? I know that the A5 cable is the door opener: where should I connect it? Thanks for the answers.
