Ring Base Station Pro on Ziply Fiber?

I'm trying to connect a new Ring Base Station Pro, with built-in Eero Wi-Fi 6 router, to my Ziply Fiber ONT. It always gets stuck on the "Connecting to the internet..." step.I have chatted with Ziply tech support, and they have cleared the router MAC reservations on their end, which may have blocked a new router, but it's still not working. The Ziply tech support rep said"with the Eero Wi-Fi 6 router, you will need a modem that can convert the connection."On the other hand, on Reddit, a few people have said that this SHOULD work, and that I basically have Ethernet coming out of the ONT, so any router should work.Has anyone successfully connected to Ziply Fiber?Thanks for your help.--Mathias
