Ring Alarm Pro keeps dropping internet
Can anyone advise on a fix for Ring Alarm Pro that keeps dropping Internet? Plus, when it does drop, Cellular never kicks in! I have checked the modem and that is connected to Internet and the Cellular signal to the Ring Alarm Pro is perfect (full bars).

This is completely irrelevant to wifi connection. We have the same problem since switching to the Eero router required by Ring. You absolutely cannot tell people that dropped Zoom calls and stuttering YouTube videos are because we're not fully signed up for all of Ring's features.

JHi neighbors! If your Ring Alarm Pro is not entering cellular backup when losing internet connection and you have verified that you are on the Ring Protect Pro plan, you can try rebooting the Pro Base Station. To reboot, quickly tap the reset button on the back of it with a paper clip. Do **not** press and hold the reset button as that will **factory reset** the Pro Base Station. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. If you are outside of the US, please visit here to see how to contact support. As for concerns regarding connectivity or speeds with the built-in Eero router , we advise you to contact [Eero support](https://support.eero.com/hc/en-us/articles/207376426-How-do-I-contact-eero-support-). They will be able to conduct a more in-depth look into the matter. 🙂
