Ring alarm keypad won't turn on. Light orange flicker
Just recieved a ring alarm as a gift and I am trying to set it up. When I plug in the keypad, nothing happens and it doesnt regiser on my app. There are no lights on and the only thing is a VERY light orange flicker on the battery icon. I tried multiple outlets and still the same thing. I tried to chat with support but they dont offer product troubeshooting on chat right now. Has this happened to anyone else?

Thanks for answering..Ive had it plugged in for about 7 hours. The light is no longer flickering but it still is not working. No lights on and nothing happens when I push the buttons. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it is doing the very light orange battery flicker again.

Plug it in for a few hours before you try to set it up. If it still doesn't work then post back.
