I have read that in the US the mobile signal for ring alarm is 4 g. Is this the same in the UK as we are also losing 3g?

Hi @user52880. Yes, the same applies to the Ring Alarm in the UK. Your Alarm in the UK will have no disruption to services when 3G networks are phased out.

Ring alarm 2nd gen in quebec

I know professional monitoring is not available for the ring alarm in Quebec. But can I still get the alarm and have the alert on my phone?

Hey @Kyllian1996. Since the Ring Alarm is not supported in Quebec, we do not recommend setting up and installing the Ring Alarm in a location we are not supported in, even if you were to be in self monitoring. We also do not ship the Ring Alarm to Quebec due to the strict local guidelines we've been given from that region. Hope this helps clear it up for you!

@Chelsea_Ring . What about shipping a Doorbell? I could not ship a new doorbell to Quebec yet it is available for shipping on Amazon and other store and I am already a RING Basic subscriber? Can someone look into this?
