movement chime
troubleshooting

recently got new modem....followed steps and reconnected ring pro 2.....everything works EXCEPT chime does not go off when movement detected.........app indicated chime off line, but cannot get it toconnect ?????? thanks dale

    Hi @user_fc73ae. When you plug in your Chime, do you see any lights? If so, what color lights do you see? When connecting, are you getting a specific error? Have you tried moving it closer to your router? Let me know this information so I can better assist you.
