Fire listener doesn’t work

I recently installed the fire/carbon monoxide listener. The self test detects carbon monoxide but registers nothing for fire.Any tips?

Hi @astrodonkey. If you have a standard smoke detector, your Smoke and CO Listener should be detecting the beeps it makes. I would ensure that your smoke detector is making a temporal 3 tone, and not another type of sound, as a temporal 3 tone is what the Listener is designed to hear. You can find this information via the smoke detector manufacturer.
