Find QR code

I do not have a QR code for my sensor. It had a critical error and I read somewhere that you needed to remove it, reset it by removing the batteries and the you could add it back. When I try to do this the Ring didn’t find another device so I was trying to add it manually but you need the QR code (5 digit number). I do not have the QR code because you put that on the package, not the device. Can I get the QR code or 5 digit number from the DSN.
