FALSE Alarms

I have Ring Alarm at my business and at home. Within the last week I have had 2 false alarms - both caused by false motion sensor triggers. At home, the motion sensor has been in the same place for 4 years and has NEVER had a false alarm.I'm wondering if there has been some updates pushed out which may be contributing to false alarms. Is anyone else having this experience? I am having to disable the motion sensors for now.Also, for both of these false alarms I received no call from Ring. I have professional monitoring for both locations. I received a message at my business that police were dispatched, but no police ever showed. I never received the same message for my home location. I'm not clear what I'm paying for when it comes to professional monitoring. I'm guessing that it is 99.9999% automation....which doesn't work. It appears there is not category related to what the system is designed to actually do - monitor your home. Only categories related to setup, app problems, etc. It would nice to have a category that related to professional monitoring and/or alarm events.
